The "Midway" chair by Frank Lloyd Wright was designed in 1914. Around 1986, the chair was reissued by Cassina under license from the FLW Foundation in a limited edition.
The ivory-colored metal frame has signs of age and use, partial color defects. The seat cushion has been repostered and reupholstered with an exclusive Hermès fabric.
H infini, a Hermès classic designed by Henri d'Origny, subtly plays with positive, negative and repetition and gives its micro-motif a new expression. This jacquard fabric combines the warmth of wool with the robustness of cotton.
From 2011 to October 2020, Dedar was a partner of Hermès in the production and distribution of upholstery fabric collections. Hermes upholstery fabrics are no longer commercially available.
